Terms of Service

Welcome to Hunto AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hunto AI’s platform, solutions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. To access the Services, you must register for an account, provide accurate information, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Description of Services
Hunto AI delivers comprehensive cybersecurity solutions designed to protect digital assets and strengthen security posture.
Attack Surface Management: Continuous discovery and real-time monitoring of external assets, shadow IT identification, vulnerability scanning, and automated inventory management.
Brand Defense & Protection: Domain monitoring, typosquatting detection, social media impersonation tracking, fake app identification, executive impersonation monitoring, and takedown services.
Email Security (DMARC+): DMARC policy management, SPF/DKIM configuration, email authentication analytics, phishing simulations, and security posture assessments.
Threat Intelligence: Real-time threat monitoring, dark-web credential monitoring, industry-specific feeds, IoC analysis, and custom intelligence reporting.
Professional Services: Security assessments, deployment support, awareness training, incident response planning, and compliance consulting.
3. Service Access and Use
3.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Services only for your internal business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
3.2 Restrictions. You shall not (a) reverse engineer or decompile the Services; (b) use the Services to attack or disrupt networks; (c) share your credentials; or (d) provide data obtained via the Services to unauthorized third parties.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans. Services are provided under subscription plans with fees and billing cycles as specified in your order.
4.2 Payment Terms. Fees are due in advance and non-refundable. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest.
4.3 Plan Changes. You may upgrade or downgrade plans at any time; charges will be prorated.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership. Hunto AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, trademarks, and documentation.
5.2 Feedback. Any suggestions or improvements you submit become our property, and you assign all rights to us.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s Confidential Information with the same care as its own. Confidential Information includes non-public business, technical, and financial information. Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly known.
7. Data Privacy and Security
7.1 Data Ownership. You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process data according to our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Security Measures. We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits to protect your data.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Mutual Warranties. Each party represents that it has authority to enter these Terms.
8.2 Disclaimers. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HUNTO AI DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTO AI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS. IN NO EVENT SHALL HUNTO AI BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Term and Termination
10.1 Term. These Terms commence on the Effective Date and continue until all subscriptions expire or are terminated.
10.2 Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate for material breach if the other fails to cure within thirty (30) days of notice.
10.3 Effects of Termination. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services. We will delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Amendments. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any order forms and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunto AI regarding the Services.
12.3 Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
12.4 Waiver. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any subsequent breach.
By using Hunto AI’s platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
