Terms of Service

Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Keeping your account information up to date

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.

Fees & Billing

Access to certain Services requires payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide accurate and current billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Pay applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) as required by law

Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in your service agreement. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you retain access until the end of that period but will not receive a refund for unused time.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain Services. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel. Payment information may be required to start a trial.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services with or without notice. For material changes affecting paid features, we will provide 30 days notice and may offer alternatives or refunds.

"As Is" Provision

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our IP

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Hunto AI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Your IP & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide ("Customer Data"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze Customer Data to provide the Services
• Create aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve our Services
• Display your company name/logo in our customer list (opt-out available)

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services or have an active account. Your subscription term is specified in your plan selection (monthly or annual).

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Payment fails or your account becomes past due
• We're required to do so by law or court order
• Continued use poses a security risk to our platform or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination: (a) your access to the Services will cease immediately; (b) you must pay any outstanding fees; (c) we will delete your data per our retention policy (you can export data before termination); and (d) provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunto AI, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intent to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to trade sanctions or embargoes.
